How a guest changeover works
1. Check-out at 10 am
We coordinate the booking schedule and access with you. The period between departure and arrival is the basis for planning the cleaning visit. Please tell us about any changes to the scheduled times.
2. Checklist-based cleaning
Our team cleans the kitchen, bathroom, living areas and floors. Occupancy, fittings and the condition after the stay determine the work required. Damage and missing items are recorded so you can decide what to do next.
3. Linen and consumables
Beds are made with fresh linen and towels are prepared. We check agreed stocks of toilet paper, soap and bin bags. Laundry preparation and availability are agreed in advance and charged according to the price list.
4. Photo check and check-in at 4 pm
A photo check documents the condition after cleaning and before the next guests arrive. Planned check-in at 4 pm completes the changeover. Different arrival times need to be considered when scheduling the work.
Holiday apartment cleaning estimates
Holiday apartment cleaning costs CHF 65 per hour excluding VAT. The following time ranges come from our price list and are estimates, not fixed package prices.

Time per check-out cleaning is an estimate, all staff combined. Occupancy, condition after the stay and fittings (e.g. sauna, fireplace) determine the actual effort.
Laundry is charged separately according to the price list. Tell us the size, number of beds and services you need for a property-specific quote within 48 hours.
