Which service suits your property
For holiday flat owners we handle the cleaning between two guests, on request together with the laundry service for bed linen and towels. If you prefer to hand over the letting entirely, our management and marketing service covers listings, guest communication, cleaning coordination and accounting for 19 % of net rental revenue.
When you move out, we clean the flat according to the property manager’s requirements and can attend the handover. For offices, practices and stairwells we offer regular maintenance cleaning. We also clean windows, carpets and new buildings once construction work is finished.
All services are charged at hourly rates according to our price list, between CHF 62.50 and CHF 80 per hour excl. VAT, plus a CHF 15 job fee. Our cleaners live in the Simmental, the Saanenland, the Kander valley, around Lake Thun and in the Bern region.
