Airbnb management is for owners already letting on Airbnb or Booking.com who want to hand over marketing and guest care. Listings, prices, availability and communication are coordinated with local operation. Full property management covers the complete holiday apartment operation, including cleaning, laundry, inspections and accounting as well as marketing and guest care. The terms indicate different priorities; together we agree which tasks to take on. The property management page explains coordinated services in detail.
Airbnb management in four steps
1. Discuss your current letting
We review your channels, fittings and processes. You tell us your goals and personal-use dates. We clarify which tasks remain with you and which we take over.
2. Coordinate listings and calendars
Photos, descriptions and prices are aligned with the property. Season and demand guide pricing. Channels and blocked dates are coordinated using the channel manager.
3. Care for guests and plan changeovers
We handle agreed guest communication 7 days a week and organise access. Cleaning and laundry between stays are scheduled with the local team so online bookings and on-site work fit together.
4. Checks and accounting
Photo checks document the condition after cleaning. Half-yearly accounts and the owner app show the ongoing operation. The 19 % commission applies to net rental revenue, not personal use.
