General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all services and contracts between Picobello and its clients. By placing an order (verbally, in writing or by email), the client fully accepts these terms.

2. Services

• Picobello undertakes to carry out the agreed cleaning work professionally and with care.
• Special cleaning (e.g. carpet shampooing, window cleaning at great heights) must be explicitly agreed.
• The client provides water and electricity free of charge.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

• The prices set out in the offer or contract apply.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable net within 14 days of invoicing.
• For new clients or large orders, Picobello reserves the right to request an advance payment.

4. Appointments and Cancellation

Agreed appointments are binding.

Cancellations by the client:

• • Up to 48 hours in advance: free of charge.
• • 24 to 48 hours in advance: 50% of the agreed fee.
• • Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the agreed fee.

5. Complaints and Warranty

• Defects must be reported in writing immediately after completion of the work, but no later than within 24 hours.
• In the case of justified complaints, Picobello has the right to rectify the work free of charge. A price reduction or damages are only possible if rectification fails.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Picobello has business liability insurance for personal injury and property damage.
• Liability is limited to the coverage amount of this insurance.
• Picobello accepts no liability for damage caused by insufficient information from the client (e.g. sensitive surfaces that were not declared).

7. Acceptance Guarantee (for move-out cleaning)

If an acceptance guarantee has been agreed, Picobello undertakes to be present at the handover of the apartment and to remedy any complaints from the property management immediately and free of charge.

8. Data Protection

Picobello undertakes to treat all data received discreetly and not to pass it on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Picobello Reinigungen.
