Question 1

Do you also offer a laundry service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we take care of all the laundry that arises during a professional holiday apartment changeover. Our focus is on bed linen, terry cloth items (towels) and bathrobes. We ensure that everything is ready in time, hygienically clean and fresh for the next guests.

Question 2

Do you also clean private clothing such as shirts or blouses?

Accepted Answer

No. To keep our focus on efficiency and quality during holiday apartment changeovers, we do not clean private clothing (e.g. shirts, suits or everyday clothing). The only item of clothing we include in our service is bathrobes.

Question 3

What is included in your laundry service?

Accepted Answer

Our service includes everything needed for a well-kept guest set-up: duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and all terry cloth items (shower, hand and face towels). We also wash and care for bathrobes.

Question 4

Which bed linen do you recommend for rentals?

Accepted Answer

If you are not yet equipped, we clearly recommend white linen, ideally seersucker. White textiles have the great advantage that stains can be treated and removed much more effectively than with coloured linen. In addition, white always looks particularly hygienic and high-quality to guests.

Question 5

Why is seersucker bed linen a good choice?

Accepted Answer

Seersucker is an efficient solution for holiday apartments: because the material has a deliberate texture, ironing is completely unnecessary. This saves time and costs during preparation without compromising on appearance. The beds always look fresh and tidy.

Question 6

Do you support me with the initial purchase of the linen?

Accepted Answer

Yes, gladly. We have a reliable partner from whom we source high-quality bed and terry cloth linen at preferential conditions. We pass this price advantage directly on to our customers, so that you are equipped with professional, durable and easy-care materials right from the start.

Question 7

Why do you specialise exclusively in holiday apartment laundry?

Accepted Answer

This specialisation allows us to guarantee high hygiene standards and reliable logistics for bed changeovers. We are set up to make the apartment ready to move into again in the shortest possible time – professionally prepared laundry is a decisive quality factor.

Question 8

What happens with stubborn stains on the laundry?

Accepted Answer

Thanks to our specialisation in white linen, we can use more effective cleaning methods. If a piece can still not be saved, we inform you immediately. Through our partner, we can also quickly arrange suitable replacements at good conditions if needed.
