You do not need to be present. As our cleaners live locally, the keys can be handed over on site in Köniz, via a key safe or by registered post. After the job we return them the same way or hand them directly to the property manager.

In Wabern and Liebefeld we use visitor spaces or the blue zone with a parking card; in the rural districts we usually park right by the house.

Moves cluster around the hand-over dates of 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. In the rural districts, house sales and inheritances are also a frequent reason for a thorough clean. Outside these weeks, thanks to our local cleaners, a date within a few working days is often possible. We reply to every request within 48 hours on working days.
