FAQ
Frequently asked questions: Window cleaning
How do you plan parking and access in Bern?
Tell us about access restrictions, parking and building entry. In the city centre we coordinate unloading and equipment transport beforehand; there is no flat journey charge from our Bern office.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Include your time windows in the enquiry. For occupied premises we agree cleaning outside operating hours subject to availability.
How are keys handed over?
We agree a personal handover, key box or badge access. Keys and access rules are arranged before the first visit; you do not need to stay during cleaning.
Are frames and high windows included?
Frames, rebates and sills are included. We work up to a safe ladder height; access above that is agreed in the quote.
Is there a minimum duration per visit?
The minimum billing according to the price list is one hour. Estimated duration depends on the property, scope and access and is stated in your quote.
How is the effort for my property estimated?
Send the area or number of windows, condition and access details. We visit if needed. The quote includes an hourly rate and effort estimate rather than a flat price.
Is a short-notice appointment in Bern possible?
Include your preferred date. We check availability and reply within 48 hours. A short-notice visit is only confirmed once we accept the appointment.
Who supplies cleaning products?
We agree equipment and suitable cleaning products before the visit. For carpets and upholstery we check materials and stains; practices follow the agreed hygiene plan.
