Time per check-out cleaning is an estimate, all staff combined. Occupancy, condition after the stay and fittings (e.g. sauna, fireplace) determine the actual effort.

- Bathroom and WC: shower, bathtub, basin, mirror and descaling the taps
- Vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping surfaces and tables

- Checking and refilling supplies (toilet paper, soap, bin bags)
- Short condition report with photos in case of damage or missing items

Good to know in the Diemtigtal
In the Simmental our cleaners live between Lenk and the valley entrance at Wimmis. Many houses are timber buildings with panelling, wooden floors and tiled stoves that need suitable care. Besides holiday properties there are many primary homes of families, so move-out and maintenance cleaning are as common as guest changeovers.
In winter we plan jobs so that snowy access roads can be reached safely.
