  • Built-in wardrobes, storage room, cellar and attic compartment
  • Balcony or terrace, letterbox and radiators

Before the job

  • Empty the flat completely, including cellar, attic and letterbox
  • Fill or leave rawl-plug holes as required by the property manager
  • Keep electricity and water connected until after cleaning
  • Agree the inspection date and key hand-over with us

Hand-over guarantee: if the property manager objects to a point we cleaned, we fix it free of charge until the flat is accepted.

    We schedule the job one to two days before the inspection and arrange the key hand-over.
